Congratulations to Holli Hall on being awarded the AWEA James Bailey Memorial Educator of the Year 2025! Holli is our Public Information Specialist at City Corporation and an Environmental Scientist. This honor is awarded to an Arkansan who strives to inspire fellow Arkansans with enthusiasm and desire to protect the state’s water environment, understand environmental issues and further environmental education. Holli also serves our community as the Russellville School Board President, Board Member of Kiwanis, Board Member of the Russellville Sister Cities Foundation, DIG Project Communications Team, the Hydration Station Community Coordinator, and many other roles that provide her with opportunities for community outreach and education. “Holli fosters positive community relations and works hard to put together employee events and community events.
