The City Corporation Board of Directors is a group of dedicated men and women who govern City Corporation. The Directors each serve for a period of five (5) years and continue to serve until his/her successor is appointed and qualified. When a member’s term on the Board of Directors expires, he/ she relinquishes membership in the corporation and the remaining board members nominate a new member from the citizens of the City of Russellville, Arkansas for confirmation by the Russellville City Council.
Hector Santillan, Chairman
Hector and his wife Patty have lived in Russellville since 1994. Hector is the Personnel Manager of Superior Forestry, a company that provides services to forestry and utility businesses in the southern United States. He has a Computer Science degree and a Masters degree in Business from Arkansas Tech University. Hector and Patty have two children, Kimberly and Danny.
Jill Ward, Vice-Chairman
Jill and her husband Alan moved to Russellville in 2006, after graduating from law school at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She began practicing with David Eddy, and became a partner in the firm, now Eddy & Ward. They operate a closing and title company, and practice mostly transactional, real estate law, and estate planning and probate. Jill and Alan have two kids, Jones (12) and Tiger (6 1/2).
